What about Industry and Board Regulations?
We do our best to adhere to the more common trademarking and legislated requirements. However, every regional board has their own rules and we can’t know them all. You will have to tell us what these rules are, or have your Personal Assistant learn them for you by contacting your local Board on your behalf.
Is my Privacy Protected?

All of our Virtual Assistants and staff sign strong Non-Disclosure Agreements. These agreements are shared with you when you engage your VA. Further, we take security steps to ensure that your personal data isn’t shared outside of the company.

What If I Don’t Like My Assistant?

Sometimes personalities collide. It happens, although not often. When it happens, we simply reassign a new Personal Assistant to take care of you. It’s just that easy. Just let us know that you’re not happy and we’ll make you happy.

Are There Any Other Fees?

We sure don’t like getting surprised with extra fees. So we would not do that to you. That being said, if you need a 3rd party service that would be your cost. If you want your VA to have a local phone number, you’ll have that expense as well. So basically anything you would pay for a local assistant to have, you’ll probably pay for your Virtual Team to have as well. But all fees are your responsibility alone, we don’t buy them for you and mark them up. They’re yours.

I Hear That Virtual Assistant’s Don’t Have Very Good English?

We have the best of the best when it comes to talent. That being said, English is their second language. They will be able to communicate with you with ease both written and verbally.
They will always have a hint of an accent.

What Markets Do You Serve?

Yours. We aren’t market specific. We’re here to support you in your market, wherever that may be. However you may need us.

Where do You Find Your VA’s?

You have your trade secrets. We have ours.

How Long Do I Have to Commit For?

6 months. After this time period, we only require 30 days notice to cancel. Please book a consultation as we have a special offer during these wobbly COVID times.

How do We Get Started?

The first step is to contact us. After that, we’ll discuss what tasks and skills you need from your VA. You can also book a no obligation 15 minute consultation here. Once we have a good grasp of your needs, we’ll pair you with a VA to work directly with you. It’s that simple.

What If I Don’t Like My Assistant?

Do We Require A Contract?

Yes, we have a 6 month minimum and we require 30 days cancellation notice from your next billing date, so we can position your VA with another client. Our VA’s also sign Non-Compete and Confidentiality contracts. Please reach out as we currently have a COVID special that has reduced the commitment time.

How can I communicate with my VA?

Our VA’s use Skype, Google Hangout, and WhatsApp. These apps are easy to use and can be installed on your smartphone.

Do they have to work Monday through Friday?

Yes, they need a consistent shift Monday through Friday, In unique instances we can provide some coverage over the weekend and evenings.

Can they do sales on the phone and perform as an ISA?

This is typically not an area we focus on. We have a few virtual assistants who are excellent on the phone, but sales we feel is better left to your staff
