Is my Privacy Protected?

All of our Virtual Assistants and staff sign strong Non-Disclosure Agreements. These agreements are shared with you when you engage your VA. Further, we take security steps to ensure that your personal data isn’t shared outside of the company.

How Long Do I Have to Commit For?

90 Days. Any new employee relationship needs 90 days to iron out the minor issues and “make a real go of it”. After 90 days, we only require 30 days notice to cancel. We have the 30 day clause because we give our VA’s 30 days notice if they’re losing their job.

Where do You Find Your VA’s?

You have your trade secrets. We have ours.

What Markets Do You Serve?

Yours. We aren’t market specific. We’re here to support you in your market, wherever that may be. However you may need us.

I Hear That Virtual Assistant’s Don’t Have Very Good English?

Some of our Technical VA’s have poor english, and that’s OK because their skills are computer based. But when the job calls for great English, the VA we select for you will have great English.

What about Industry and Board Regulations?

We do our best to adhere to the more common trademarking and legislated requirements. However, every regional board has their own rules and we can’t know them all. You will have to tell us what these rules are, or have your Personal Assistant learn them for you by contacting your local Board on your behalf.

What If I Don’t Like My Assistant?

Sometimes personalities collide. It happens, although not often. When it happens, we simply reassign a new Personal Assistant to take care of you. It’s just that easy. Just let us know that you’re not happy and we’ll make you happy.

Are There Any Other Fees?

Not unless you want there to be! For instance, if you want us to have access to your Top Producer, you’ll probably need to sign up an Assistant License under their terms. If you want your Personal Assistant to have a local phone number, you’ll have that expense as well. So basically anything you would pay for a local assistant to have, you’ll probably pay for your Virtual Team to have as well. But all fees are your responsibility alone, we don’t buy them for you and mark them up. They’re yours.

Do We Require A Contract?

No, there is not contract you need to sign. We have a 3 month minimum ¬†and we require 30 days cancellation notice from your next billing date, so we can position your VA with another client. Our VA’s also sign Non-Compete and Confidentiality contracts.

How do We Get Started?

The first step is to contact us. You can do this by clicking here. After that, we’ll discuss what tasks and skills you need from your VA. Once we have a good grasp of your needs, we’ll pair you with a VA to work directly with you. It’s that simple.

How long does it take to get set up?

We pre-train our VAs on many aspects of real estate, to get them ready. Once you sign up, we spend about 1 week training them on your specific systems and programs. Then they’re all yours. So 1 week to get set up.
